Email processing
We store data transmitted via forms and received in the form of emails for a period strictly necessary to perform the functions for which they were sent (requests for information on Emotion for Change activities), and in any case always in the legitimate interest of the data controller.
The sensitive data transmitted via email forms are: name, surname and email address. This data is not stored in databases, nor on CMS. It is stored exclusively on email clients or IMAP servers and destroyed after the time necessary to perform the functions for which it was sent has elapsed.
You may exercise your right of access, rectification and erasure at any time by sending a request to the email address privacy@emotionforchange.org.
